No other rehearsal studios take care of their clients quite like we do.  It’s our way of offering a little more value to our loyal Bomb Shelter clients.  If we can enhance your trips to Bomb Shelter with these great benefits then we’re doing our job right!

What is the Bomb Shelter Client Rewards Program?
The Bomb Shelter Client Rewards Program is a Membership based program (there is a one time fee to become a member) designed to show our appreciation to you our loyal guests.  Once enrolled as a Member, each time you purchase rehearsal time here with us you accrue points towards earning free rehearsal time.  Our computer system will automatically keep track of your points earned each time you come in to rehearse.  By being a Member of our program, you will also be eligible for our special offers throughout the year for our Members only.

How do I become a Member  in the Bomb Shelter Client Rewards Program, so I can start earning points?
Currently you can purchase the Membership directly from us at our Westminster location, or you may purchase it via a secure Credit Card transaction over the phone.  We will activate your rewards on your client profile and our system will keep track of the points you earn based on your purchases of rehearsal time.  Memberships are a one time purchase.  Until the end of August 2009 our introductory offer is a $15 membership fee.  Starting on Sept. 1, 2009 the membership cost will be $20.

Can I get cash back from the points earned as a member of the Bomb Shelter Client Rewards Program? 
No, as a member you are only able to use the points you accrue towards time you book here at the rehearsal studio.  No actual cash is given out.

Is there an expiration date on the Membership for the Client Rewards Program?
No, not currently.  It is a lifetime membership.

How do I redeem my rewards points once I have earned them?
Your rewards points are automatically kept track of by our computer system, based on the dollar amount of your purchase.  You can use them towards any rehearsal purchase at any time. 

Is there any way to earn additional points?
Yes!  Refer a Friend.  When they book time and come in and pay for their time, you get a 360 point credit added to your account.  That's basically getting an hour of FREE rehearsal time for telling your friends how much you enjoy rehearsing here!

The information you provide when signing up is saved to a secure offsite server via the online mangagement software we use to maintain our schedules and sensitive client data.   We will never give access or sell any of your personally identifiable information to ANYONE!
